Decontamination science, where is the evidence
IDSc would like to present you a glimpse of this year’s program for upcoming Annual Scientific Conference.
This year’s conference will start with Official opening of Exhibition on Monday 30th November, where you will have the opportunity to meet and greet our industry professionals and explore new products and innovations. Our Annual General Meeting will be held in the evening just before dinner.
Our Conference Team will not disappoint, they will provide as usual stimulating and educational programme as outlined below.
Day 1 - Tuesday 1st December Official opening of the Conference will take place followed by the Key Note Speaker.
Starting with Plenary Session 1 - Endoscopy Panel presenting and discussing the Measuring the cleanliness of endoscopes, IFU’s – what do they mean Lab vs Reality and Common faults will be topics you will not want to miss.
Followed by Plenary session 2 – Education where questions will be asked. Why educate and train your staff - Why become a Training Provider – a company’s approach and the myth of End Point Assessment. A Training Provider point of view plus the benefits of the Technical Certificate from a leads view.
After an informative day, you will have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other Decontamination professionals at the Pre-dinner wine reception and Annual Dinner.
Day 2 – Wednesday 2nd December we will present you with Plenary Session 3 - Testing and validation, what does it prove??? We will discuss about Water quality and its effect on the process - Bioburden and sterility and Process Challenge and detection.
There will be a last chance for you to visit the Exhibition before you attend the Plenary session 4 – Breakout sessions. We will look into testing requirements and checks on Wrapping materials and containers as well as Understanding Proteins.
