An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for the position of Sterile Services Manager within Lothian University Hospitals Division.

With departmental staffing of 100 WTE and a revenue budget circa £3.5 million, the HSDU Department is the largest of its kind in the United Kingdom, supporting 70 Operating Theatres and all Delivery Suites throughout the Lothian area.

The challenging nature of this high profile post requires the successful candidate to have a minimum of 3 years middle management experience within the NHS or similar line of work. A graduate or equivalent level is desirable. Highly motivated and enthusiastic, the successful candidate will demonstrate advanced interpersonal and organisational skills and will thrive on the challenge and rewards of working in this ever-evolving department demonstrating an experience of business and financial planning.
